About Monster Broadband, Inc
We are a privately funded company classified,
incorporated, and filed with the FCC as a WISP (Wireless Internet
Service Provider). Monster owns and operates broadband networks
capable of delivering high speed internet services and voice service
to residential and commercial customers located within our current
service areas. Our business model is designed to deliver high speed
internet / voice broadband services to the rural / unserved areas.
We are equipped with the technical capability and network facilities
necessary to provide such broadband services via wireless
technology. Monster offers four data plans and unlimited voice. We
provide 24/7 live tech support for our customers, 365 days a year.
We are a corporation of the state of Tennessee, founded / owned and
operated by: Steve R. Baker and Charles S. Johnston.
About Steve R. Baker and Charles S. Johnston:
Steve and Charles are natives of Moore County. Both are degreed
engineers with more than 17 years each of Telco experience. Their
professional backgrounds have given them the ability to build a
business model that focuses on a common operating platform that can
be expanded far outside of their core service areas. Their team of
professionals have decades of telecom experience and multiple
certifications in the industry.
Monster is currently servicing Moore, Coffee, and Bedford county,
and now Franklin county servicing Belvidere, Huntland and Decherd.
What started with one tower has now grown into eight company owned
towers and four leased water tanks distributing coverage several
hundred miles and shooting their wireless services over several
thousands of homes.
That being said, Monster Broadband is very eager to continue to grow
throughout Tennessee, and are gratefully in a position to expand to
new areas in need of services such as theirs.
